Integrations Engineer
Salary $100-120k based on experience
We are on the lookout for a skilled Integration Engineer, proficient in Python and well-versed in the AWS ecosystem, to join our dynamic team. As we embark on a pivotal transition to Workday, this role is critical in leading the migration and redevelopment of our existing integration solutions to a more robust AWS platform. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Python programming, deep knowledge of AWS services, and a proven track record in developing custom applications. Beyond the migration phase, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our new system, ensuring its operational efficiency and reliability. Additionally, your expertise will be key in driving the development of innovative solutions, helping us to continuously evolve and meet our future technology needs. Your contributions will be essential in supporting and enhancing our internally developed applications during this transformative and onward phase.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Documentation: Write and maintain well-designed, testable, efficient code with any relevant design or flow documentation to support it.
- Scope and Build Scope, design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions using Python and AWS services.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed technical support for integration-related issues and troubleshoot complex problems escalated from Service Tickets.
- System Maintenance, Monitoring, and Optimization: Manage and monitor to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of all integrations while periodically reviewing code to optimize where applicable.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Continuous Learning and Upgradation: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Python, AWS, and integration technologies to continuously enhance system capabilities.
- Lead Migration Projects: Oversee the transition of existing integration solutions to the AWS platform during our migration to Workday.
- Innovate and Develop Future Solutions: Play a proactive role in identifying opportunities for innovation and developing solutions to meet future technology needs of the organization.
- Compliance and Security: Adhere to best practices in data security and compliance, ensuring that integration solutions meet industry standards and organizational policies.
- Position Expectations: Ability to work remotely, maintain productivity, and be available for meetings and collaboration during normal working hours.
Requirements
- Experienced with Python
- Experienced with AWS
- Experienced with Systems Integration
- A solid understanding of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and modern protocols
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Strong in API development and integration methodologies.
- Adept and proactive at problem-solving data discrepancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in large volume data transfers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of individuals with varying skill levels.
Preferred Skills
- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer).
- Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring, and KPI for end-to-end flow execution
- Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, and/or Workday Integrations
