Elevate is hiring for a Senior Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition for its Elevate Flex business unit. The selected candidate will join a highly skilled global recruiting team working on hard-to-fill positions for Elevate's law firm and law department customers. You will collaborate with the US/UK/AU recruitment team to identify the right candidates for various legal positions. Must be able to work in the US hours.
Specifically, the Senior Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition will:
5-7 years (for Sr. Specialist) of experience working in the Talent Acquisition function of a global organization.

Specifically, the Senior Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition will:
- Collaborate with in-market Talent and Engagement Managers to make sure that role requirements and their expectations are being met for global customers.
- Use proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques including, but not limited to job boards as well as Boolean searches, referrals, social media, and networks.
- Set interviews for Talent and track statuses in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Bullhorn.
- Thoroughly interview Talent and write them up with precision to present to the Engagement Manager for submission to the customer.
- Serve as the key point of contact between candidates and the rest of the US recruiting and Engagement team.
- Provide the US/UK/AU recruiting and Engagement team with regular updates on sourcing progress.
- Consistently add Talent to our database of candidates.
- Maintain and work continuously towards improving our CSATs, TSATs, and SLAs.
- Maintain, manage, and update the candidate database and conduct regular data audits.
- Proactively identify and recruit lawyers, paralegals, and legal operations professionals of all levels of experience, based on the forecast needs of our customers, to augment our Talent Community.
- Undertake reactive recruiting for vacancies for which we do not have Talent within our Community.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including a focus on building a pipeline of diverse and underrepresented Talent.
5-7 years (for Sr. Specialist) of experience working in the Talent Acquisition function of a global organization.
- Extensive experience in sourcing and screening candidates primarily in the US for US openings or the UK for UK openings or AU for an AU opening.
- Experience working on various Applicant Tracking Systems and knowledge of sophisticated search techniques. Preference given to those who have worked in Bullhorn
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work shifts covering specific Geo. hours.
- Natural collaboration skills with a proven ability to work across teams to get things done.
- Results-oriented attitude. You know how to "get it done," you drive results with your team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage all stakeholder expectations and customer demands. You know how and when to influence.
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA is preferable.
