The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW), Management Operations (OM), Manpower/Personnel (OMM), seeks to fill at Senior-level, DO-03 Supervisory Management Analyst position at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
Position duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as Chief of Manpower and Personnel Division and the Senior Personnel Advisor for the 711th Human Performance Wing.
- As OMM Chief, exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities over the OMM Division.
- Plans, organizes and directs the activities of the Division, ensuring that all Human Resource (HR) programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs.
- Oversees a broad range of HR programs including civilian personnel staffing and work year execution management; Science & Technology (S&T). Operations & maintenance (O&M) and Defense Health Programs (DHP) manpower program management, Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP), employee retention and incentives, civilian performance and assessment programs, organizational and other-funded training, and the Air Force Personnel Research Laboratory Personnel Demonstration Project.
- As the Senior Personnel Advisor, directs the implementation, administration, and oversight of AFRL corporate programs within the 711 HPW, and the Wing Personnel Policy Board.
- Serves as the 711th HPW primary interface with the headquarters AFRL Center Senior Functional (CSF) in his/her respective areas of expertise, and executes all duties delegated in writing by the CSF.
- Increases enterprise collaboration among organizations and free up dollars for other critical investments by leveraging other mission organizations' expertise.
- Defines opportunities to develop cross-mission organizational technical programs responding to warfighter needs.

Required Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
- Males must be registered for Selective Service, see www.sss.gov
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, 5 days a week, Mon-Fri.
- Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one (1) year or 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent in an alternate pay system.

- Good communication skills with listening, speaking, observing and writing
- Briefing/speaking & writing skills.
- Demonstrated outstanding abilities to lead teams, build consensus, and resolve conflicts/problems.
- Ability to teach, motivate, develop and grow Human Resource technical teams.
