Responsibilities:
- Lead KPIs and OKRs Monitoring and Strategy Integration: Oversee the comprehensive monitoring and historical evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring they are effectively integrated into the strategic planning processes.
- Strategic Assessment of Operational Metrics: Conduct thorough assessments of operational metrics to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with IRA legislation and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Collaboration for Alignment: Spearhead collaboration efforts with internal and external partners to align KPIs and OKRs with the organization's strategic goals and priorities, with a special focus on enhancing the customer and taxpayer experience.
- KPIs Identification and Definition: Lead the process of identifying, defining, and documenting key performance indicators that are critical to the organization's success, ensuring they reflect both current performance and future goals.
- Establishment of KPI Measurement Methodologies: Develop and standardize methodologies for the consistent measurement and tracking of KPIs over time, establishing clear guidelines and processes for performance assessment.
- OKRs Development and Strategic Alignment: Direct the development of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound, ensuring they are fully aligned with the broader objectives of the DCIO Office and the organization's strategic vision.
Education, Degrees, and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Extensive experience may substitute a degree.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of experience monitoring and supporting history of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Must hold a current MBI clearance with the IRS
