We are seeking a Cloud Administrator Engineer for our Operations, Infrastructure &
Support Engineering Group that will focus on building and maintaining the tooling
and infrastructure used to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade
processes for base cloud infrastructure. This individual will work on developing the
automated pipelines for cloud environments as well as providing consulting services
to application and infrastructure teams specific to automated build, test and release
automation. This role will be responsible for the operations and operating
environment for the DevOps platforms and will drive troubleshooting efforts around
incidents and outages.

As a Cloud Administrator Engineer, you will have a direct role in providing
infrastructure services to our development environment. Our engineers are the
lifeblood of our company and we're more than 5,000 strong. With our robust

are limitless. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Design, write and deliver Infrastructure as Code software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of the cloud environment
  • Develop jobs for the deployment of various artifacts that support a continuous security updated environment
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions and build environments using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible
  • Automate repetitive tasks to eliminate toil and drive consistency + repeatability
  • Actively participate in incident response and root-cause analysis, support a blameless post-mortems culture

Required Skills and Education

  • Must currently possess an active secret security clearance.
  • Must be eligible for Top Secret/SCI Security clearance
  • Experience working in a Security culture
  • Experience working with appropriate scripting languages and operating systems software (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience with Ansible, Terraform or equivalent configuration management
    tools
  • Should have flexibility in approach to finding solutions, ability to understand
    and act on the customer needs and priorities, and ability to learn new
    technologies quickly
  • Strong team building skills that enable collaboration and coordination within
    and across teams and functions
  • Ability to automate menial tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Preferred Skills and Education

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Security+ Certification or the ability to get certification within 3 months of
    hiring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology
  • Azure, AWS or similar Cloud Provider Experience
