Our CEO is at the forefront of our growth and success, and we are seeking a highly organized,
proactive, and discreet Family Manager and Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and personal capacities.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client is seeking a professional and composed Executive and Assistant to the CEO. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, flexibility, exceptional emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with efficiency and grace.
The Executive and Assistant to the CEO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO's day-to-day life runs smoothly.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal Support:
Assist with personal errands and tasks related to household management.
Navigate and manage early childhood needs (e.g., selection of key service providers, education/activities).
Assist with household shopping.
Coordinate personal travel arrangements, including scheduling car service, booking flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning.
Assist with and scheduling of personal appointments, family events and commitments, optimizing schedule for efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaise with household staff and service providers as needed.
Assist with purchasing, vendors, and other personal matters as needed.
Executive Support:
Schedule meetings, arrange travel and events, support other activities in the office.
Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Conduct research.
Organize and oversee all aspects of domestic and international travel itineraries.
Manage expense reports.
Coordinate and assist with special projects and offsite events as needed.
Maintain, stock, and organize the CEO's office.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree preferred.

SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE
Prior Executive and/or Assistant experience supporting family is required. Preferred skill sets include but are not limited to:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Family Manager / Assistant, and/or in a similar role supporting executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Logical mindset to solve complex situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred.
Highly motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality, exercising good judgement in a variety of situations.
Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
A high level of emotional intelligence.
Professional demeanor.
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

SALARY:
Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including individual skill set, experience, location, and qualifications. For positions located in New York City only, the range of starting pay for this role is $120-150k. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
