Position Summary:

As part of the professional services team, you will support our governance, risk, and compliance practice. Our clients operate in multiple industries and follow various cybersecurity frameworks or align to specific regulatory body requirements.

What you will be doing:
  • Provide expert advice and hands-on support to clients at varying levels of cybersecurity maturity
  • Develop and advise on industry best practice to assess, manage, and mitigate cyber risk
  • Provide subject matter expertise and highly expert technical assistance
  • Develop and deliver cybersecurity Tabletop Exercises
  • Project documentation
  • Excellent note taking and observational skills
  • Review IR, BCP, and DR plan
  • Write or provide updates to IR, BCP, and DR plans
  • Cyber security risk assessments
  • Design of secure solutions across IT and OT environments
  • Knowledge of networking
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments
  • Assess, prioritize, and ensure external and internal vulnerabilities are identified and addressed.
  • Security and compliance assessment
  • Leveraging standard frameworks such as NIST, CIS, CSA, ISO27001, PCI, HIPPA
  • Provide cyber security expertise to a variety of client business, IT, and security led projects.

You have:
  • 5+ years cybersecurity consulting experience
  • Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
  • Experience in a service delivery management role an asset
  • Expert knowledge in enterprise security management
  • Cybersecurity Incident Response Team experience an asset
  • Expert knowledge of project management practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work well within a team and support others as well as working independently when required.
  • Results-oriented, ambitious, and technically savvy
  • Are Self-motivated, enthusiastic, persevere for excellence.
  • Have a winning attitude and a passion for learning.
