Job Summary:
The Client Development Representative is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and securing new client relationships to drive revenue growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the Directors Client Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, industry events, and other outbound strategies.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to engage and qualify potential leads.
- Qualify Leads: Understand the needs and challenges of potential customers, assess their fit for our solutions, and qualify them as sales opportunities.
- Support Directors Client Development: Prepare quotes and proposals, develop presentations, update CRM, and process contracts to assist in closing deals.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demos for Directors Client Development with qualified leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Directors Client Development and the marketing team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges in client development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ZoomInfo, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
Compensation:
- Annual Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance-Based Incentives
- Commission: 1% on participating sales
- 2025 Annual Sales Target: TBD
