In this role, you will ensure that our transformation solutions, whether delivered in person or virtually, meet our business goals. You will play a key role in the success of the business applications change management and training organization by implementing adoption solutions on the people side of change. Your mission will be to maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance in accordance with all internal and client objectives.

  • Apply change management processes and tools to create strategies that support end-user adoption;
  • Design, develop and deliver change solutions;
  • Communicate with clarity, precision, and influence;
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
  • Actively understand client needs and adjust to support them;
  • Support the design, development and delivery of communications, content and training programs;
  • Collaborate with the change management team and clients to ensure an effective change experience;
  • Use creativity to manage ad hoc situations without hesitation;
  • Identify, measure, and evaluate change strategies, initiatives and results;
  • Manage:
    • time to effectively deliver a clear change message;
    • solutions, records and documentation in accordance with internal and client requirements.
  • Design and develop:
    • communication solutions;
    • content using learning tools tailored for each delivery method and learning platform.
  • Deliver learning content clearly and confidently;
  • Manage projects within the required timelines for successful delivery.

Does this sound like you?
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • MS Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE) experience (asset);
  • Basic level knowledge of video creation (asset);
  • Technologically savvy;
  • Ability to:
    • develop and deliver presentations and materials;
    • manage multiple change programs;
    • learn new systems quickly for training purposes.
  • Demonstrated success and genuine enthusiasm in collaborating with clients and team members;
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities;
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and the team, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars.


Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
