Firefly Children & Family Alliance is seeking a Director of Programming and Clinical Innovation in Indianapolis, IN. This position provides clinical support and guidance within the Home Based / Family Preservation programs throughout the state of Indiana. In this position you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies and initiatives that strengthen programming. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of client care, improving operational efficiency, and driving the strategic vision of the department. The Director will collaborate with all home-based/family preservation programs, including directors, therapists, case managers and paraprofessionals to ensure the successful execution of service initiatives and the continuous improvement of practices.

Firefly Children & Family Alliance is seeking a Director of Programming and Clinical Innovation in Indianapolis, IN. This position provides clinical support and guidance within the Home Based / Family Preservation programs throughout the state of Indiana. In this position you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies and initiatives that strengthen programming. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of client care, improving operational efficiency, and driving the strategic vision of the department. The Director will collaborate with all home-based/family preservation programs, including directors, therapists, case managers and paraprofessionals to ensure the successful execution of service initiatives and the continuous improvement of practices.
You Will:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and lead the strategic direction for quality home-based programming and innovation.
- Collaborate with leadership to align clinical innovation strategies with organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in client care to enhance impact of services
Training Development & Implementation:
- Evaluate and optimize existing programs to enhance quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.
- Ensure programs are evidence-based and aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to program directors and staff.
- Design and implement training programs to support clinical innovation and program development.
- Promote professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.
Quality Improvement & Data Management:
- Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives, and data-driven strategies to enhance client outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and outcomes.
- Improve the utilization of data to drive program development, including grant outcomes
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with staff to develop and implement service delivery innovations and programming improvements.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration within the agency to achieve program goals.
- Master's degree in social work or related field; clinical license preferred
- Five years' experience in the field of child welfare, with experience in home- based services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to adapt to changing needs
