Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) experience is a must.

Additional Information

This is a 40 hours/week, overtime-eligible position.

This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA based campus 3 days per week. Specific days and schedule will be determined between you and your manager.

We may conduct candidate interviews virtually (phone and/or via Zoom) and/or in-person for this role.

Position Description

With the Program Delivery team, participate in the planning and delivery of academic on-campus programs
  • Identify class session material needs and align resources
  • Manage classroom reservations and setups: Develop master plan for organization and deployment of classroom supplies and setups of exercise; Manage workflow for classroom setup; With Assistant Director, work with MBA Partners on class delivery changes; Maintain master course lists of students and tracks changes as necessary
  • Manage support staff and volunteers for material preparation, classroom setup, and in-class support: Assess needs and develop plans for recruiting session support staff, Develop and deliver support staff training sessions, Schedule and supervise casual employees
  • Maintain documentation related to class delivery and work with the Program Delivery Team to ensure that materials are organized, updated, and available
  • Act as program manager for a portfolio of SIPs (Short Intensive Programs)
  • Support delivery of all programs and courses in the Required and Elective Curriculum portfolios as needed
  • Support classroom delivery of RC cohort simulations
Data Analysis
  • Create and manage polls for course use, including result analysis and distribution of results to appropriate parties
  • Using a team management application and Excel, assist with team assignments for simulations and class exercises for the Required and Elective Curriculum portfolio as needed
Other duties for MBA Student & Academic Services as required
  • Participate in departmental goal-setting processes and implementation of priorities
  • Contribute to MBA, SAS, and Program Delivery initiatives and committees
  • Be responsible for additional duties as assigned
