We seek a dynamic and experienced Apparel Product manager with knowledge of the Team Sports space to play a pivotal role in driving strategic apparel growth. This position will be vital in defining and driving our product portfolio, including custom and stock products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, product decoration methods, and product management, as well as a thorough understanding of the Team Sports markets. This role will interact with all levels of management, sales reps, and vendor partners. This highly detail-focused position requires a positive individual who can give our sales reps confidence in our products and processes. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive apparel product strategy to drive future growth that aligns with the company's long-term strategy and market demands.
Play a key role in designing the product roadmap for custom apparel, working with our sales professionals and vendor partners to outline milestones, timelines, and resources required for successful sales growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape.
Work alongside Sales Leaders and MarCom in conjunction with product launches and catalog updates.
Work with Sales professionals to offer product suggestions to meet our customers' needs.
Work with Sales Leadership and Vendor partners on a product sample program.
Work with Sales Leadership and Finance to establish KPIs to measure current and future product success, analyze metrics, and recommend strategy changes based on findings.
Review product costs and work with Sales Leadership to establish product selling prices with a margin focus.
Resolve issues by clarifying problems, exploring answers and alternative solutions, and implementing the best solution.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all company systems, products, catalog contents, and promotional items.
Work with Sales Leadership on SKU and order entry plan to implement updated offerings and vendor products.
Educate and train sales professionals on product offerings, including programs and promotions.

Education and Training:
A bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or fashion with an emphasis on product design or related fields is preferred.
Proven experience of 5+ years in product management within team sports or related industry.
Demonstrated success with new product launches and management of successful product lines.
Proficient with MS Office applications, primarily Excel and Outlook.
SAP and Hybris experience desirable.
Basic sports knowledge and the associated equipment used with each sport are desirable.
