Wolfson Children's Hospital is hiring a Clinical Rehab Lead to our Pediatric Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time opportunity working a Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule at our Wolfson Children's Hospital South campus.

Wolfson Children's Rehab is looking to hire an experienced Physical Therapist Rehab Lead our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience at Wolfson Children's Hospital Outpatient Rehab.

Physical Therapy Clinical Lead, Pediatric Rehab, Job Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary discipline-specific resource for recommending and facilitating the provision of effective clinical care practices throughout the outpatient Wolfson Rehabilitation departments.
• Part time provision of direct outpatient care is required.
• The development of evidenced-based clinical standards of practice.
• Continuous quality improvement and staff competency requirements for clinical practice in the outpatient clinics.
• Provides support to all the outpatient Wolfson therapists and our clinical practices system wide.
