BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a strong team supporting our government customer. As a member of our team, you will join a diverse group of driven professionals who design the products and systems that support enhanced capabilities, protect national security, and keep critical information and infrastructure secure. The Scrum Master will be responsible for executing Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle. Guide teams in the Agile methodology, supports team rules, facilitates product team's progress toward team goals, leads, facilitates meetings, eliminates blockers, promotes Agile quality practices, builds a high performing team, coordinates with other teams, supports ROM and level of estimate activities and provides team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions. Lead regular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency and innovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations. Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (1 year of education = 1.5 years of experience)
- Minimum of 8 years experience, to include a minimum of 5 years documented and demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst / Requirements analyst type function role and/or as Scrum master in an Agile environment.
- Applies full knowledge of particular technical area and a developing knowledge of other technology areas.
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe Certification required.
- Expert knowledge and documented and demonstrated experience using requirements management tools such as JIRA, TFS, etc. is required.
