Senior Scientist
For a CRO (Frontage Laboratories, Inc. - Exton, PA): perform LC-MS/MS bioanalytical assays and data analysis, data QC, and data interpretation for TK/PK assessment and validate unique scientific methods, assays, techniques, and reports; conduct method development, transfer, and validation for large molecules (e.g., proteins, antibodies) and small molecules pursuant to GLP and ICH standards; perform assay for drug products, including but not limited to antibody-drug conjugates, protein, biomarkers and peptides by using HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS.
Requirements:
1. Master of Science or foreign equivalent degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field.
2. 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of research experience. The required experience must include enzymatic assays development and execution, protein expression, purification (e.g., LC, IMAC, IEX, SEC) and analysis, enzyme kinetics using stopped-flow and RFQ-EPR, oxygen-sensitive electrode and PCR mutagenesis. Experience can be gained while pursuing degree.
3. Proficiency in High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS).
Work Location: Exton, PA.
Hours: 40 per week - Monday through Friday.
