Lakes Country Service Cooperative is seeking applicants for a COMPASS Regional Advocate. This position qualifies for a hybrid work environment.

Job Description:
School advocates serve as members of COMPASS Regional Teams and provide support to schools identified through the Minnesota State Accountability system.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, school psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a PreK-12 School System
• Current teaching license
• Valid MN Driver's License
• Preferred - Master's degree in related education field (school administration, curriculum and instruction, special education, etc.)
• Preferred - Experience in school leadership or a combination of school and district leadership.
• Preferred- Current administrative license

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 Annually (205 Days)
