About the Role
This role is part of the finance team and will partner with Account management and Business Affairs to manage the OOP projects. This role requires you to work not only with internal team members but also with assigned client contacts. The person in this role should have a good understanding of how to interpret portions a an MSA, know when to escalate issues while simultaneously assisting with workable solutions.

About the Role
This role is part of the finance team and will partner with Account management and Business Affairs to manage the OOP projects. What You'll Do
- Track all OOP projects and maintain cost tracking reports.
- Monitor and approve all billing decisions while working with BA to reconcile all completed projects.
- Lead weekly WIP meetings with Account and BA.
- Follow-up on AR items to help manage Agency's working capital.
- Contact for Controller's team to provide rationale for any discrepancies.
- Review end of month reporting
What You'll Need
- 3-5 years' financial or financial operations experience working in a creative field.
- Four-year degree preferable
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and SAP financial systems
