The incumbent leads and manages team operations and manages relationships and communications as well as the staff responsible. This position is accountable for program goals and outcomes. The role mentors, oversees and directs other program resources and is accountable for cultivating a culture of engagement.

  • Responsible for leading the planning, implementation, training, support and ongoing optimization of clinical IS applications
  • Lead Epic onboarding for new hires
  • Optimize training materials on an ongoing basis to reflect process/workflow changes
  • Program Management responsibilities for this role will include Epic onboarding, upgrade training/support, and ongoing targeted training/support
  • Oversee superuser and credential trainer processes and resources
  • Submit and monitor IT tickets for the department
  • Assist with troubleshooting bugs and system errors
  • Position will be required to travel regionally and between other MH entities as needed


  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in health care or related field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Licensure/certification may be preferred or required depending on program.
  • Experience: 7+ years of program management.
  • Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
