As a participant in the Fast Track Management Program, you will kickstart your career as a financial professional to gain invaluable hands-on experience. Upon meeting program criteria, you will transition into a management role as an Associate Partner. In this capacity, your duties will include recruiting and nurturing a team of financial professionals. Additionally, you will be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, a rigorous six-month initiative designed to cultivate and prepare you for managerial success.

Develop and execute financial strategies aimed at maximizing investment returns and managing risks, aligning with the objectives and regulatory standards of New York Life.
Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and performance assessment to ensure effective fiscal management and enhance profitability.
Provide expert financial advice and guidance to senior management, offering insights on capital allocation, investment opportunities, and cost-saving approaches.
Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with transparency guidelines.
Lead a team of financial analysts and professionals, promoting a collaborative environment focused on achieving departmental goals and supporting organizational growth.
Qualifications
Eligibility requirements:
MBA completion within the previous 24 months.
Or
Prior management or business owner experience.
Preferred but not required to apply:
Life and Health License.
FINRA registrations; Series 6 or 7 and Series 63.
Previous sales experience.
