Clinical Program Director (MRU) - LCSW/LMHC
Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to children, adolescents and adults at our 86-bed facility in Panama City, FL and outpatient services to adolescents and adults at our outpatient centers located throughout the Florida Panhandle. Additionally, we offer specialized treatment for active-duty military members through our Military Resiliency Program, specialized chemical dependency treatment and TMS therapy for chronic depression.

The Clinical Program Director (MRU) - LCSW/LMHC, under the direction of the Clinical Director, provides for the delivery and documentation of services including, but not limited to, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy, treatment planning and educational activities. Assists family members and referral sources with continuum of care from the admission process through discharge planning. Develops unit program curriculum and schedules. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to provide targeted individualized treatment.

Essential Job Duties:
- Complete psychosocial assessment appropriate to patient type and reason for referral.
- Provides clinically sound individual, family, and group therapies within required time frames and establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
- Provide quality documentation for psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, therapies, court reports, discharge planning, staffing, Baker Act hearings and medical records within required time frames.
- Promotes safe and therapeutic interdisciplinary patient care through consultation and supervision, effective communication, interactions with and training of direct care staff as needed, and milieu interventions.
- Develops programming for assigned unit(s) and collaborates with other departments to develop programming that meets TJC goals and provides a full range of comprehensive and specialized care utilizing the most up-to-date evidence based treatment and state-of-the art technology while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
- Works in conjunction with Clinical Director in developing, communicating and revising policies and procedures to provide guidelines for operations including protocols, performance criteria and integration of services.
- Completes chart audits and reports for quality management and risk management as assigned.
- Assists with recruitment, training and supervision of student interns and social services staff. Monitors department on an ongoing basis and adjusts FTE to patient census via staffing grid or other approach, as assigned.
- Performs marketing, outreach and development function to maintain positive and open relations with referral sources, as assigned.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other Human Service field
- Two (2) years' experience in a behavioral health setting. Supervisor experience preferred. Experience working with a military patient population preferred.
- Active Florida State license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
