Reporting to the Director of National Partnerships your mission as Regional Partnerships Manager will be to develop and strengthen key existing and potential relationships with our broker partners and deliver exceptional service in order to become their trusted advisor on behalf of Dialogue.

Reporting to the Director of National Partnerships your mission as Regional Partnerships Manager will be to develop and strengthen key existing and potential relationships with our broker partners and deliver exceptional service in order to become their trusted advisor on behalf of Dialogue.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage existing relationships with our broker partners orchestrating Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews, major deal discussions, accredited webinars, renewals and pricing negotiations, etc.
- Represent managed partnerships internally by advocating for their business needs and working cross-functionally to deliver on requests
- Work hand-in-hand with the GTM team to generate or enable sales qualified opportunities
- Identify and develop key broker opportunities in new market space (Central/Western Canada)
- Identify expansion opportunities for key existing partnerships
- Develop Partner Strategy Reviews (planning) and Deal Strategy Reviews to be used internally for partnership overviews and strategic discussions for partner growth
- Assist in identifying and executing on ways to optimize existing or establish new internal processes

- A mission-oriented mindset: we are selling a service that removes barriers to accessing quality physical and mental healthcare, and positively impacts the health, wellness, and well-being of millions of Canadians.
- Experience with strategic selling in a complex environment: at least 2-3 years of direct sales or channel sales experience, involving relationship management, sales acumen and rigor. Relationship building experience, requiring excellent communication and storytelling, are also critical skills to achieving success in the unique virtual healthcare space.
- It's even better if you also have:
- Experience selling to HR, Operations and/or Finance;
- Experience within the group benefits industry;
