Job Title: Senior Architect (Contract) - Job# 3153

Location: Harrisburg PA

Job description:

• Support the daily operational needs of Genius/Emcee and assist users in all aspects of Genius/Emcee
• Research and resolve issues of Genius/Emcee
• Assist with the data conversion from Genius/Emcee to the new application
• Update any Genius/Emcee program(s) to address any legislative or program area changes that need to occur prior to the new system going into production
• Support the daily operational needs of Genius/Emcee and assist users in all aspects of Genius/Emcee

The Contractor shall become familiar with the utilization and programming nuances of Genius/Emcee and assist with any and all operating system needs that arise.

• Research and resolve issues in Genius/Emcee
• resolve operational issues with Emcee such as functionality and programming of Mcare coverage limits, JUA rate changes, primary insurer information, assessment calculations, financial receipts, and claims payment updates
• Assist with the data conversion from Genius/Emcee to the new application
