TidalHealth, located in Salisbury, MD is seeking a new Nurse Practitioner for its rapidly growing Pulmonology Practice!
The primary function of this Nurse Practitioner is to be accountable and responsible for providing primary sleep services under the direction of the designated Pulmonary Physician. Duties will include, but not limited to assessing and managing patients in the office following standards and practices.

The primary function of this Nurse Practitioner is to be accountable and responsible for providing primary sleep services under the direction of the designated Pulmonary Physician. Duties will include, but not limited to assessing and managing patients in the office following standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre/post medical evaluations of the patient to clear for Bronchoscopy procedure and valve replacement
- See outpatient follow-up for IP patient post-operatively
- Assist with IP department clinical in-box
- Assist with managing prescriptions for Pulmonology practice
- Assist with referrals to IP, review of CT and History, and medication decisions for the patient
Key Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice and active NP licensure
- Have a current license or must be able to obtain a Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland.
- Three years professional nursing plus two years of Nurse Practitioner experience in a physicians practice
- Previous nursing and/or advanced practice provider experience in Pulmonology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comprehensive skills in customer service, clinical, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills in collaboration with other members of the medical staff and administration.
