POSITION PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Director of Staffing Services will be responsible for the strategic oversight of provider recruitment, credentialing, and scheduling. The expectations for this role include routinely assessing recruitment needs, researching market and best practices, ensuring the Staffing Summary report is up to date, leading staffing service meetings, and ensuring strategic objectives are achieved. The Director will also develop high-level strategy for provider recruitment, oversee the company's provider credentialing program, provide leadership and support to the scheduling staff, attend leadership meetings, and participate in individual, team, and company meetings and events.
Location: Remote (with some in-person requirements)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Experience and Skills Needed:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership and oversight of recruitment, credentialing, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for long-term success
- Work with the Credentialing Manager to ensure providers meet client bylaws and certification requirements.
- Communicate credentialing deadlines to the Scheduling and Recruitment teams.
- Keep the credentialing team updated on changes to state and hospital rules.
- Coordinate with client relations and recruitment managers.
- Brainstorm with leadership during difficult scheduling situations.
- Regularly review schedules to meet client hospital needs.
- Conduct Provider interviews.
- Keep provider information updated in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management system)
- Participate in senior leadership and clinical leadership team meetings.
Senior Leadership Team Member:
- Assist in business and strategic planning.
- Participate in operational decision-making and contingency planning.
- Work on special projects.
- Attend weekly management meetings.
- Attend bi-monthly and quarterly meetings.
Individual, Team & Company Participation:
