Overview
The Senior Manager of Data Quality and Governance is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, security, and completeness of the company's data assets. This role is also responsible for the development and implementation of a Data Governance, approval and standardization process to ensure the ongoing health of our data.
Responsibilities
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Data Quality Management: Develop and implement a Data Quality Program to systematically improve Graham's Data Quality. Scope, prioritize and drive execution of data quality improvement projects.
Data Governance: Establish a Data Governance Framework and process, identify Data Stewards who will help enforce data governance policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Master Data Management (MDM): Guide the Master Data team, ensuring process uniformity and data integrity across all business functions and systems.
Data Security: Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor master data team. As a leader within the Data and Analytics COE, work closely with IT, and the business units to understand data needs and provide guidance on process, data governance and quality issues.
Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track data quality and governance performance and improvement. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the status our Graham's data quality and governance program. Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiatives to enhance data quality, governance, and security.

The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience creating and implementing Data Quality and Governance programs.
- Background/strong familiarity with SAP systems, preferably within manufacturing domain.
- Background with databases systems (SQL Server, SAP HANA).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
