You will be responsible to ensure that the Sr. Manager, Corporate FP A and senior leadership receive timely and accurate information to support decision making- this means you will be at the center of the information flow, working with all departments / teams. You will be a subject matter expert for internal reporting and data management. You will enhance project management and cross-departmental team building skills.

- Partner with the Sr. Manager, Corporate FP A to ensure all reporting needs are met
- Own planning reporting solutions and have responsibility for data accuracy
- Assist in building complex models to support analysis and in-depth look at financial drivers
- Assist in coordination and consolidation of budgets / forecasts globally
- Manage day-to-day SAP/BI system support to FP A team
- Partner with IT, Accounting, HR and Business groups to drive enhancements and improve data infrastructure
- Support Corporate annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for Leadership describing results to date, forward projections compared to budget and commentary around noticeable trends
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for leadership
- Special projects as required
- Domestic Travel 10%
Experience/Education/Skills
Qualifications/Characteristics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of FP A/ Accounting experience
- CPA strongly preferred
- MBA and/or CMA a plus
- Manufacturing background with knowledge of cost accounting, GAAP, budgeting and financial analysis
- Functional knowledge of SAP; S4 Hana experience a plus
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Planning/Budgeting and Consolidation tools
- Ability to work with multiple data sources
- Experience with financial modeling
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong financial analysis
- Good business acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of Pivot Tables and functions within Excel
