Summary/Objective:

Beta Bionics is seeking a highly motivated individual who has a passion for digital and social media, advertising, and analytics, and has a demonstrated track record of concepting, writing, developing, implementing, optimizing, and reporting metrics for successful digital content programs.

You will be responsible for developing and executing paid digital strategies (as part of larger marketing plans) as well as planning, creating and implementing an organic social media strategy with visuals, video, user testimonials, etc.

The ideal candidate must be able to use their in-depth understanding of digital advertising, content marketing and analytics to develop digital and social initiatives that will build and elevate our digital presence and communication with healthcare providers and patients, influencers, and media - with the ultimate goal to increase sales.

The Digital Content Strategist will be responsible for defining KPIs and campaign goals and for developing campaign analytics, tracking and reporting strategies that support our overall marketing & sales organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement detailed digital content plans including requirements, scope, deliverables, key milestones, timeline, resources and budget.
  • Drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation through strategic content marketing.
  • Create high-quality and compelling content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, paid digital, social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.
  • Ensure publishing of engaging and SEO-friendly content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts and email newsletters.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, target audience and brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.
  • Research industry trends, market insights and competitors to inform content development and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company's style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
  • Manage and maintain content repositories, including content management systems (CMS), and ensure content is organized and easily accessible for future use.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.
  • Identify KPIs, track metrics and maximize productivity of all social media assets and lead acquisition/conversion. Review reports weekly to determine campaign optimization and budget allocation.
  • Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality organic content on X, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, proposals and vendors for digital channel initiatives to increase customer engagement and interaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • BS degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience developing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Medical Device and/or Diabetes experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms.
  • Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions like Google Analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance.
  • Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to our target audience's (type 1 community) preferences and interests.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of HIPAA compliance and social and digital content.
  • Experience with Webmaster tools, keyword research tools, ranking tools, PPC program management tools, and multivariable A/B testing.
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Display, Google AdWords, Apple Search, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, video editing apps and other social media editing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with inbound marketing systems and familiarity with marketing automation practices.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to gain legal/regulatory/medical approval on content, while still creating content that is relevant to the social audience.
  • Highly project-oriented and able to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent English writing skills and attention to detail to ensure customer-facing documents are grammatically correct.
  • Prior experience working with creative, communication or design agencies preferred.
  • Solid communications background.
  • Ability to work as both an individual contributor and as a team member.
  • Strong problem resolution skills required.

Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment
  • This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.

Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to be independently mobile. The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with co-workers.

Location
  • Position required to be in-office 5 days per week. Not a remote position.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $120,000
