Project Engineer / Project Architect / Project Manager position located in NE Florida. Daily travel in the Northeast Florida area is required. 50% of the time in the office and 50% onsite in the field. Most work is in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, however, we are expanding to the Panhandle as well as Savannah and down to Daytona.
We are looking for an architect or engineer with exterior envelope experience. If you do not have specific experience yet but have a strong willingness to learn our industry, please reach out!
Standards for this position:
Proficient with CAD.
Proficient Microsoft Office.
Excellent technical writing skills.
Construction related experience.
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture
Work requirements for this position:
Construction project oversight
Produce design details
Contract administration
Meet with clients
Meet with contractors
Diagnostic testing of buildings
Work well with in a team environment
Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to evaluate and self-proof copy, with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced capability in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
Ability to work as an integrated and collaborative member of a team, while equally comfortable operating autonomously to achieve project outcomes as required.
Outstanding professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to work flexible hours as required. Makes sound and timely decisions in alignment with organizational goals.
A continuous learner, keen to advance in strategic thinking and professional decision making.
