Job Title: Provider Insights Strategy Lead, Insights & Enablement

Location: Cincinnati preferred. Will also consider Philadelphia, Chicago, Boston, NY Metro

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Provider Insights Strategy Lead within our Insights & Enablement team. As Lead, you will act as Provider Sales support and be a customer's key point of contact with the Insights & Enablement team, communicating with internal stakeholders and external customers to address and bring evidence to respond to strategic questions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, measure, and share PatientPoint's impact on relevant Outcomes Studies, performance, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to Provider retention and growth.

This role will report to the Vice President of Market Strategy and Provider Insights.

What You Will Do:
  • Functional Area Management: This position is directly responsible for delivering insights to Provider Sales, including program performance metrics such as Outcomes Studies, as well as bridge the gap between Provider Sales and Client Sales.
  • Provider Insights Ownership: The Lead will develop and own all Provider Sales Insights for PatientPoint. You will work with Provider Sales to determine key determinants of success and provide recommendations to deliver, directly contributing to Provider retention and growth. You will translate data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve decision-making processes and drive Provider Retention and PatientPoint performance.
  • Familiarity with statistics: While direct calculation of statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques is not required, the ability to interpret them and effectively explain them to internal and external stakeholders is key.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Decision Science, Operations, Research, Marketing, Provider Sales, Client Sales, and others): Work closely with cross-functional teams improve processes and improve analytics recommendations and options. They are expected to have an eye for process and analytic improvements.
  • Present findings: Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presentations, reports, and visualizations.

What We Need:
  • Business acumen: Demonstrated understanding of business operations, pharmaceutical industry dynamics, Healthcare Provider offices, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex analytical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in creating compelling data visualizations is required.
  • Collaboration and teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, partnering with stakeholders at various levels. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision-making through data.
  • Problem-solving orientation: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, identify patterns, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and reliable analytical work products.
  • Continuous learning mindset: Eagerness to stay updated on the latest advancements in analytics, data science, and pharmaceutical industry trends through self-learning, attending conferences, and participating in relevant training programs.

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in a healthcare, analytics, campaign evaluation, and/or data-driven Sales and client support role.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical mindset with strong working knowledge of statistical analysis. Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). SQL knowledge a plus.
