Job Overview:
  • Talent Development Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent development strategies that support organizational goals, enhance employee skills, and improve performance outcomes.
  • Training Programs: Design and implement training programs, workshops, and seminars to address skill gaps, leadership development, and career growth.
  • Leadership Development: Create and manage programs aimed at identifying and nurturing high-potential employees for leadership roles.
  • Performance Management: Partner with HR and leadership teams to enhance performance management processes and ensure alignment with talent development initiatives.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at various levels to support their career development and address performance issues.

Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
