The Global Head of Professional Services - PMO will lead a team of project managers dedicated to onboarding new customers into Kaseya's IT Complete software stack and providing custom enhancement services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a strong background in software project management. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of project managers.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of customer onboarding projects according to the Kaseya Delivery Methodologu
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Implement and maintain best practices for project management, including methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and support teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to onboarding.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and work with customers to enhance their use of Kaseya products.
- Develop and implement strategies to scale onboarding processes globally.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve onboarding services.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Professional Services department.
- Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of onboarding projects.
- Optimize resource allocation and project scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing global teams and large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of IT management and security software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
