Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Experience of 5 years required
• NIGHTS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED - Enjoy a flexible schedule!
• Retail sales experience!!!
• Dermalogica experience preferred.
• Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing and other skincare services offered.
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency. Exceptional skills to educate and sell skincare products and programs.
• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to Facial Specialists
• Customer service oriented.
• Positive attitude, Team player, Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Responsible for achieving all revenue and profitability goals of the Esthetic Department
• Support in strategic planning to upturn proficiency, productivity, and efficiency of the projects and operations of the
• organization
• Leveraging company output to improve ranking in the national franchise averages
• Directly involved in achieving high customer satisfaction
• Representing the company for external and internal events
• Work in tandem with Spa Directors to hold Estheticians accountable for the overall spa's profits
• Performance reviews with Estheticians who's Spa Director deems it necessary for Director to speak with directly
• Communicate progress and needs to director report
• Advise Spa Directors on how to hold Estheticians accountable for their overall earning potential and metrics

Compensation: $25.00 - $78,000.00 per hour
