Job Summary
This position will identify business opportunities, then develop requirements to address them, often by improving processes, systems, or technology. They serve as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
This position will also serve as a Scrum Master and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies for agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. They work closely with team members to remove obstacles, enhance team productivity, and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Elicit Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead key Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Removing Impediments: Identify and resolve issues that may hinder the team's progress, acting as a buffer between the team and external distractions.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage and facilitate ongoing improvements within the team's processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
- Experience with process analysis and systems development methodologies - Preferred
