Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities
Summary of RoleCurrently, there are sustainable product services (such as ideation, materials innovation, certification and green claims) being delivered within other business lines across both the Advisory and Purpose Communities at Anthesis, and this role will have the remit to optimize ways of working to ensure harmonization and quality control across the service portfolio, teams and geographies.
Building on a successful foundation, which includes a well-established EMEA chemistry team, strong sustainable products experience in North America, as well as emerging footprints in UK (based on a small profile of work and our legacy/new digital solutions), this role will establish cohesion across services and our collaborative response in the face of growing demand for sustainable product services. For the first year, this post may also cover circular revenue/business models as part of their remit, while we jointly establish a footprint in the EMEA market place.
This product-as-a-service model fits neatly with the wider sustainable products offering, and with the right leadership it will be possible to establish whether there is sufficient traction in EMEA for an independent service line in the future. We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong leadership and vision to escalate the scale of impact from this service line within our business. The responsibilities of the post holder will include setting a rolling three-year ambition and business plan, taking responsibility for commercial performance, team recruitment, and development, spend management and client relations.
