Job Description:

As a member of the Learning Experience Chapter, you will have leadership and quality oversight responsibility for the assessment, planning, design and development of learning solutions that deliver modern learning experiences across the business. You will initiate new strategies and processes while managing sophisticated projects, and you will act as a mentor and coach to other members of the chapter!
The Experience and Skills you Bring
  • Graduate degree in instructional design or educational technology preferred
  • 7+ years of solution design and development experience in a corporate setting
  • Experience with industry-standard development tools
  • Consulting experience
  • Strong, in-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design, development processes, tools, strategies, delivery and evaluation methods
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
  • Proven track record to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight deadlines
  • Organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks with tight time constraints
  • Working with Learning Management System (LMS) by designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences using the Learning and Development (L&D) suite of authoring and software tools (Lectora, Premier Pro, After Effects, Flash, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Designing and developing all types of solutions using a variety of development tools that exemplify good practices in instructional design.
  • Effectively promoting and marketing L&D as a strong business partner by demonstrating strong business acumen and helping to tackle business problems.
  • Remaining current with the latest tools/platforms and influencing the implementation of standard methodologies and key findings
  • Working collaboratively with Squad Leaders (Product Owners) and Scrum Masters to prepare and manage project plans for large-scale initiatives and complex projects.
  • Demonstrating understanding of business partners' culture and business goals and how the relate to priorities and decisions
The Team

The Experience Architect provides consultation and recommendations to support the onboarding of new associates and to help solve business problems. by designing and developing instructionally sound solutions to meet business needs! Through this also develop/improve associate capabilities to support those needs.
