The Project Manager, Store Process Excellence is responsible for assisting with the prioritization of new store openings, establishing processes and standards for the gathering and maintenance of all field related standard operating procedures, task management system, compliance shopper and fleet vehicle programs. The position is also responsible for managing multiple Field-facing programs, interpreting data, and developing action plans for senior Field leadership. The position is also heavily involved in cross-departmental initiatives and program implementations. Additionally, the position evaluates enterprise-wide performance trends, transforms results into operational improvements, planning, and driving organizational improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leads the Sales and Operations Store Process Excellence Department's business operations through strategic planning, goal setting, effective and timely communication, fiscal responsibility, continuous improvement, and performance accountability.
2. Drive day-to-day activities to ensure the accuracy of compiling data, analysis, tracking and maintenance of enterprise wide Field SOPs, Task Management Projects, Compliance Shopper initiatives, Fleet Vehicles and New Site Project Manager requirements.
3. Ensures department employees are effectively trained and are engaged to be successful in their position through providing quality education and experience and coordinating exposure opportunities and activities.
4. Manages the Compliance Evaluation Program, Age Restricted Product Policy, and Federal, State, and Local Sting prevention programs, and provides current training, digital resources, and performance analytics to Field leaders to ensure the Company's ability to continue to sell age-restricted product, our brand, and our reputation are preserved.
5. Perform analytic review and develop Enterprise guidance based on factual data gathered from multiple department KPI scorecards.
6. Influences enterprise direction through designing and influencing Executive Leadership strategies based on project analytic review from SOP development, Task Management completion statistics, Compliance adherence initiatives, Fleet Vehicle and New Site project management.
7. Partners with cross-functioning departments to ensure proper procedures and accountability measures are developed and implemented which focus on store process excellence, execution, and performance improvements.
8. Manages the Field communication platform and provides direction and consultation to stakeholders to ensure only accurate, concise, and sequenced information and tasks are released to targeted audiences, including ensuring and supporting the Company's PCI Compliance goals.
9. Sets the direction on the release of various feedback and performance reporting and analytics and provides consultation to assist executives and business owners in leveraging the information and taking effective action(s).
10. Manages the Company's knowledge base and document repository and serves a subject matter expect regarding policies, standards, and procedures to ensure Field employees are properly executing Company priorities and goals within established guardrails.
11. Researches and develops effective and efficient processes that will improve business operations and identifies and collaborates with key stakeholders to implement change management.
12. Manages the Company Field Vehicle Program and business relationships with account executives and senior Home Office and Field leadership to ensure financial goals and benefits are achieved.
13. Manages the process in which company vehicles are purchased, maintained, and sold through obtaining accurate information and implementing efficient procedures to ensure the company's capital is used responsibly, assets are protected, return on investments are actualized, and best in-class class service is provided to the department's customers.
