Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic role within the Treasury group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing performance and shaping the future of the organization.

As a Treasury Director in Atlas, you will be responsible for supporting the oversight of forecasting and analysis of balance sheet, funding and liquidity forecast. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize performance and utilization of balance sheet and liquidity resources while adhering to internal controls and business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Establish and run regular monthly and quarterly liquidity reporting for the different funding structures and for Atlas on a consolidated basis
  • Collaborate in the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly senior-level reporting and commentaries which articulate total results with a focus on total balance sheet trend, net funding and liquidity usage, net interest margin ("NIM") with reference to the underlying business drivers
  • Collaborate and drive initiatives to improve efficiency in forecasting process and implement proper controls
  • Collaborate and run ad-hoc requests around liquidity usage, interest rate sensitivity, growth initiatives as well as materials for senior level presentations
  • Actively participate in the implementation of new Treasury systems and automation of current processes including stress testing and funding forecast among others

Qualification and Experience
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in Liquidity and Funding in Treasury roles, FRM roles or business roles is required
  • Experience in Securitization or Credit Products is a plus
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
    • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication/ listening skills
    • Results orientated without compromising control and detail
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to automation tools
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently/ thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment

Base Salary Range

$200,000 - $275,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
