What You Will Do
This position is responsible for managing the product and marketing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans including the go-to-market strategies for new Business to Business (B2B) product offerings. As a member of the management team, you will collaborate with your team and other internal teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to promote our product and services. You are a role-up-your-sleeve and get-er-done type of person. You are not afraid to fail by trying new things and pushing creative boundaries. This will be a 12-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the Marketing team which includes both product and marketing personnel Responsible for all product marketing activities including go-to-market strategy, market research and pricing strategy for iTel's entire product portfolio Manage all B2B marketing campaigns and drive end-to-end campaign development Work closely with the finance team to produce financial modelling and forecasts for new products as well as pricing for existing products Collaborate with creative teams internal and external to produce marketing collateral, content, and assets Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance along with product and pricing metrics to optimize ROI Manage the marketing budget with the VP of Marketing to allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies Utilize digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and email marketing to reach target audiences Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing efforts Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications
Baccalaureate degree in Marketing, Business or related field plus five years' recent, related experience in a management capacity. A combination of education, skills, and experience may be considered. Experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset.

- Experience in B2B Product Management
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of launching new products in Canada, and the US. A bonus would be international product experience as well.
- Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
