The Integrations stream at Miro addresses these challenges by unifying data and workflows across disparate tools into a single collaboration platform. Our mission is to transform Miro into the single plane of glass for innovation, by unifying data and workflows across multiple disparate tools in an Enterprise's tool stack with Miro.
This tight, cross-functional stream comprising of Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships and Analytics functions achieves this by :
Miro connects with over 130+ Integrations including deep investments with strategic ecosystems such as Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Amazon, Atlassian to name a few. As a part of our Product team in the Integrations stream, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to make Miro the innovation workspace for enterprises worldwide.
Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs, and we look for talent that wants to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 2 days a week in office culture as our baseline. This role can be based anywhere in Amsterdam, Berlin or London.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group PM for Integrations, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and delivering on the roadmap for Miro's integrations within strategic 3rd party ecosystems. You'll partner with an autonomous team of 6+ Engineers, Designer, Analyst, Marketeers, and Partnership Managers to drive success for your product scope. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams across Microsoft, Google, Atlassian to provide thought leadership on how to maximise value for our mutual customers through deep integrations.

- Building integrations that bring data to the Miro canvas that will accelerate our customers' innovation cycle
- Building integrations within 3rd party tools that create seamless entry points for users to transition to Miro's intelligent canvas
- Investing in an Integration Platform that provides the infrastructure to scale the development of integrations across a breath of tools

What you'll do
- Work cross-functionally to deliver results with a focus on customer value
- Drive clarity and solve ambiguous tasks within your area of expertise
- Break down complex problems into solvable chunks to iteratively deliver value
- Lead complex initiatives and product launches end-to-end
- Build deep expertise and credibly articulate how customers use different tools complementary to Miro to complete their JTBD and use cases
- Build an understanding of tools across productivity suites and corresponding APIs and SDKs across different developer ecosystems
- 5+ years as a Product Manager
- 2 of those working directly with highly strategic customers and/or partners
- Foundational understanding of the complexities of building integrations
- Foundational understanding of APIs/SDKs, sufficient to contribute to design discussions, and to discuss technical tradeoffs with Partners and Engineers
- Foundational understanding of leveraging AI to solve user problems
- [Nice to have] Experience building for Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Atlassian ecosystems
