Senior D365 Financial Analyst - Mexico Applicants Only

Job Overview:

As a Senior D365 Financial Analyst, you will be a key leader in optimizing and managing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Supply Chain modules within our organization. You will leverage your advanced expertise to drive complex financial and supply chain processes, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of the D365 system.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced System Implementation & Optimization:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation and configuration of D365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Design and execute advanced system configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the D365 system, incorporating user feedback and technological advancements.

Strategic Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, leveraging D365 data to drive strategic business insights and recommendations.
• Develop advanced financial models, forecasting tools, and dashboards to support long-term financial planning and decision-making.
• Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, trend identification, and risk assessment.

Supply Chain Integration & Optimization:

• Lead efforts to integrate and optimize financial and supply chain processes within D365, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.
• Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to enhance inventory management, procurement, and order fulfillment processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for supply chain management and financial integration, leveraging advanced D365 functionalities.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior financial analysts and other team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Lead cross-functional teams in D365 projects, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing complex issues and providing expert advice on system usage and financial processes.

User Training & Support:

• Develop and deliver advanced training programs and materials for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of D365 functionalities.
• Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for complex system issues, working with technical teams to resolve problems and enhance system performance.
• Continuously assess user needs and system performance, implementing improvements to optimize user experience and system efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are highly preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with substantial experience in D365 Finance and Supply Chain modules, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including advanced configuration, customization, and reporting capabilities. Experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and business improvements.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale system implementation projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
