OVERVIEW

The Manager of Organizational Effectiveness will drive the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance organizational performance, culture, and effectiveness. This role involves working closely with leadership and various departments to design and implement strategies that improve organizational health, employee engagement, change management, and talent development.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and manage change management strategies to support organizational transformations
    • Provide guidance and tools to leaders and employees to navigate change effectively
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Design and implement employee engagement surveys and initiatives
    • Analyze survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Talent Management:
    • Partner with HR and department leaders to develop talent management and development programs
    • Implement strategies for succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
  • Culture and Values:
    • Promote and integrate the company's core values and culture throughout the organization
    • Develop initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and drive cultural transformation
  • Training and Development:
    • Create and deliver training programs that enhance organizational effectiveness
    • Ensure training initiatives align with business needs and support employee development
  • Performance Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
    • Work with departments to develop performance metrics and monitoring systems
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze organizational data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on organizational effectiveness initiatives

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and HRIS systems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
