Responsibilities:
You'll be:
- Supporting the GMD Ground System Development (GMN) System Engineering Lead and Deputy by coordinating and collaborating with the GMD Industry M&S team.
- Conducting technical reviews of GMD M&S plans, track M&S Objective Evidence to meet technical requirements and milestones.
- Coordinating across multiple stakeholders to determine M&S need dates, track status of M&S deliveries to stakeholders, and prepare technical reports and briefings to convey M&S status.
- Applying comprehensive knowledge of the system engineering life cycle and applicability of M&S in the system engineering process to research, analyze, synthesize, and critique program challenges and issues, and propose candidate solutions that align with GMD strategic goals and objectives.
- Developing and presenting technical reports and briefings that convey complex ideas and present concepts, status, analysis, and/or recommendations that are clear, concise, organized, and audience-relevant.
Basic Qualifications:
- MS Degree in STEM (Computer Science or Engineering)
- 12+ years of related experience in Models and Simulations and Systems Engineering Experience
- You must possess or can obtain an active SECRET clearance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the System Engineering Life Cycle.
- Experience in integrating models and simulations into a seamless, system-of-systems simulations.
- You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in MDA processes.
- Familiar with Model Based System Engineering.
- Ability to develop documents for Program Reviews and Engineering Review Boards (ERB).
