Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and four years' experience related to program management or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience. (Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.)
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree; Child Welfare experience; proficiency in use of Microsoft Office programs; administrative support experience; program management experience; strong project management skills; strong supervisory and management skills; advanced communication skills both verbal and written; ability to prepare reports and other written materials; ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments; strong problem solving skills; experience using project management software; project management certification.

FSU College of Social Work
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily functioning of the AWE Program
- Communicate with stakeholders on behalf of the AWE program
- Assist in developing AWE branded materials to promote the AWE program
- Support the process of recruiting and onboarding new AWE sites
- Compete purchases and travel expense reports to support AWE programmatic activities
- Provide support to the AWE Leadership Academy as needed
