Qualifications:
We welcome applications from individuals who hold current New Jersey certification as a:
- School Psychologist
- Social Worker
- Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDTC)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' educational, psychological, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Provide consultation and guidance on best practices for addressing student needs; serve as a student case manager.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance student learning and well-being.
- Provide student consultation and/or counseling services as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey certification as a School Psychologist, Social Worker, or Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
