About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in project management to lead and oversee various projects, ensuring they meet customer expectations and financial objectives. This role is pivotal in coordinating the efforts of multiple teams, including engineering, production, service, purchasing, and accounting, to deliver seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, preferably within the packaging industry, and will be adept at using advanced project management tools to define and manage project scopes and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Control project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Define and manage project scopes, maintaining comprehensive order summaries.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external sales teams to drive project success.
  • Provide strategic direction to purchasing teams for ancillary equipment procurement.
  • Implement and maintain systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated proficiency in project management.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and customers.
  • Familiarity with advanced project management tools and methodologies.

Work Hours:
