About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our rapidly growing Analytics Team. You will use Power BI to create analytics reports and dashboards in the healthcare space. In this data role, you will make an impact by helping stakeholders solve business problems with actionable analytics and insights. You will report to the Sr. BI Engineer.

What you'll do:
  • Own analytics projects
  • Build engaging reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Deliver ad hoc requests using SQL, Excel, Power BI
  • Engage with stakeholders
  • Contribute to building a data-driven culture
  • Create and maintain analytics documentation
  • Perform educational demos for data consumers
  • Recommend enhancements, optimizations, and improvements

What you'll need:
  • 3-5 years of experience using Power BI for Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • DAX scripting experience
  • SQL scripting skills
  • Working knowledge off data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server
  • Working knowledge of Data Modeling frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Fabric/Power BI Workspaces
  • Working knowledge of Project/Product Management
  • Working knowledge of Statistics
  • Strong English writing skills
  • Exceptional communication skills

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records & Claims Data
  • Advanced DAX scripting skills
  • Completion of Power BI Courses or Certifications
  • Project management software skills such as Jira, Monday, Asana
  • Working knowledge of Descriptive and Inferential Statistics

Work Location:

Preference given to those who work in Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Additional Information

Full-time base salary range of $105,000 to $130,000 plus medical, dental, vision, and a 401K match.
