We're seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a passion for their craft and a desire for professional growth. As a seasoned expert in electrical systems design and specification, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects of varying sizes, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Supervise and mentor a small team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Design and develop electrical systems, including medium and low voltage AC, DC, single line diagrams, electrical plans, and equipment layout
- Perform and supervise lighting design, ensuring compliance with IESNA requirements
- Participate in client meetings, providing engineering support throughout design and construction phases
- Review and quality-check deliverables, ensuring accuracy and precision
- Serve as a technical resource to internal staff, sharing expertise and knowledge
- Multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills

Requirements:

- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of consulting Electrical Engineering experience
- Registration as a PE (required)
- Department of Defense design experience (desired)
- Excellent leadership, supervisory, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCad and REVIT (RCDD certification a plus)
