About the role:
As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Analytics team members and escalation/resolution of account issues, as needed. This individual will also be responsible for communications with other department leadership to ensure that workflows are optimal.

About the role:
As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Analytics team members and escalation/resolution of account issues, as needed. This individual will also be responsible for communications with other department leadership to ensure that workflows are optimal.
Job Requirements:
- Escalation point for complex issues
- Serve as a point of escalation for account issues and work with team members within Operations and Analytics/BI in finding resolution
- Monitoring SN regional dashboard and ticket log, move tickets to completion, attend governance, and sustain/maintain process
- Assist with project leadership, as directed by department leadership
- Support Analytics product owners by troubleshooting, analyzing, or assisting in research activities as needed
- Coordinate and synthesis feedback on reports and tools from all end users for continuous improvement
- Assist with ongoing enhancements to reports and tools
- Partners with Analytics and BI leadership to develop and execute on departmental strategies
- Assist department leadership in the development of processes/procedures for workflows amongst team members.
- Reinforce, coach, and assist in change management efforts related to new processes/procedures
- Day to day oversight of Analytics team members
- Lead development of skillsets related to the role
- Assist team with setting up workflows and regular communications amongst regional teams
- Ensure that team has relevant tools and information needed to perform function and help develop requirements for any additional tools
- Develop best practices related to Operations communications
- Oversight of Client Reports in assigned book of business from all systems (including Claims Analytics) reporting efforts to include annual reports, quarterly insights, and ad hoc requests
- Ownership of assigned processes and supporting materials
- Supports marketing/sales objectives and efforts as requested.
- Monitor tickets and partner with Growth team to share incoming potential growth and retention opportunities
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, healthcare (health administration, public health, medicine), and substantial quantitative coursework with demonstrated academic excellence or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- 5 years in health care (prefer onsite health centers)
- Experience with client facing report development
Knowledge and Skills:
- Willingness to develop and explore new approaches, adapt, and execute quickly.
- Exceptionally strong analytic abilities, with track record of identifying insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and managing processes efficiently.
- History of project management and experience leading projects that demonstrate measurable results / business impact.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different departments and personalities.
- Must have good problem-solving and communication skills.
