In this role you are embedded within the Brand's business unit and work cross-functionally within various teams and departments at Lucid. The Sr. Manager, Business Operations has a deep understanding of design strategy, creative development and project management across all content types. Partner with the Brand Director and Executive Creative Director to lead and enhance our compelling brand vision, architecture and creative voice, as a passionate steward, advocate, and gatekeeper of Lucid Motors. From ideation to execution, in collaboration with all Lucid partner programs, they will ensure market readiness.

In addition to project management, you are responsible for reviewing, providing constructive feedback and approving/garnering approval of all project logistics generated by the Brand's Creative and Design teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with the Executive Creative Director for Brand Strategy and Creative Direction operations.
Partner with Head of Content, creating seamless, efficient, and effective video and photo content workflow across the team and ensure best practices are in place
Create strong alliance with the Senior Director, Marketing Operations defining collaborative program workflows, budgets and talent resource expectations
Work collectively across all functions from marketing to engineers and the leadership team to convey the value impact of the brand within a business context.
Oversee and understand financial objectives against programs
Support in planning and execution of business strategies to drive growth of a fast growing global brand
Monitor marketplace for new trends, opportunities and key players within the EV space
Collaborate with other business leads to identify, communicate and develop strategies to address new insights in the fast-paced EV sector.
Lead the program management and execution of world-class branded content as well as execute daily needs in a timely fashion.
Respond to briefs in support of the creative development process
Develop and manage projects budgets, schedules and negotiate contractual terms working with both the Legal and Finance departments to ensure project is financially sound and legally compliant
Liaise and coordinate multiple vendor agreements
Spearhead and lead additional high-level creative efforts as needed inclusive of training, team morale and recognition and production process improvements
Set expectations and manage schedules effectively yet with a flexible manner showing solution focused thinking beyond problem identification.
Ensure output executes against creative briefs for all team members.
Oversee partner creative briefs as needed.
Be immersed in our company values and passions, instilling the integrity of the company and of brand in the look, the feel and the execution of narrative storytelling, short and long-form documentaries and commercials.
Direct team in achieving the vision for each project.
Maintain constant and consistent communication with clients through email and phone.
Further establish company culture and employment of company vision in a positive way
Create sense of community between marketing, creative and production leads.
Solicit, review, and incorporate feedback from team as works best.
Provide channels to train, manage and mentor team members.
Work with Head of Content to align on forecasting hours week over week
Ensure that all artists are recorded in Forecast for assigned projects.
Approve timesheets if direct reports are contractors
Ensure that their direct report feels supported and heard (1 to 1's)

REQUIREMENTS:

You have deep knowledge and command of the concept and execution of product + brand communications and how to collaborate with a cross-functional team to get a project done. You are always in 'execution mode' and know how to bring people along, leading creative brief collaborations and brand standards toolkits.

You are proficient: You have deep experience executing brand and product strategies across various content types. You bring your brain to the table as well as your awesome creative and logistics skills addressing every detail to bring the brand to life.

You define process: You thrive collaborating with teams and fostering communication. You can act either as a leader or as an active participant in meetings, according to the business needs. From ideation to execution, you ensure all teams under the Brand business unit are optimized, efficient and effective.

You are resourceful: You are a self-starter, We are a small, busy team. Our organizational output is disproportionate to our size. We do this by being nimble, resourceful problem solvers that work smart.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$170,000-$239,000 USD
