Surgical Services Clinic Manager

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our Surgical Services team. The Surgical Services Clinic meets the general surgery needs of our patients with minimally invasive and robotic techniques.

A typical day will include: Assessing and following physicians' orders to provide direct patient care, communicating and documenting medical-related information to patients and others, overseeing and adjusting to maintain adequate staffing levels and an inventory of supplies to meet operational and patient-care needs, providing training, coaching, discipline, and performance reviews for clinic staff, ensuring staff competencies are updated and licenses are current, and assisting with community education efforts.

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; MBA is preferred
• Experience: Prior experience working in a clinical position in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Skills: Supervision, leadership, teamwork
• Licensure/Certification: A current RN, LPN, or MA license is preferred. Consideration will be given to those without a license who have prior experience in a healthcare setting. Must be willing to learn to perform clinical duties to support clinic operations.
